Question of the Week: How Should The City Deal With Prostitution?

The city passed a ban on any massage parlor opening in San Carlos for 45 days back on July 12 after the council learned some massage institutions were engaged in prostitution.

As the city works to put together a new ordinance regarding this issue, San Carlos Patch wants to ask readers, “What do you think the city should do to stop prostitution?”
