Mayor Grasilli was on the sewer board for years and he admitted that he was part of the systems neglect, So the answer if to pass massive hikes off to the citizens of San Carlos with his wing man Mark Olbert actually voting to pass the higher increase of the two options. Please help me to spread the word on these two small town politicians and bullies. Keep in mind I will be posting more incompetence from the council as it happens almost daily.
