3, 2, 1, Go for Miles4Autism

Hello South Orange County : Crossfit To The Core in San Juan Capistrano is doing a wonderful awesome fundraiser for AUTISM.  They are organizing a fundraiser for July 6th, 2014 @ 10AM.  Money will be raised by "Crowdrise.com", just type in "321Go" in their search bar and scroll down till you see Miles4Autism's logo. After your workout there will be a buffet table of kabobs for you to chow down on for your efforts.  If you don't work out you don't get to eat.  Wristbands will be handed out at time of start of your workout.  Any stand-byers may purchase a plate, money will go to Miles4Autism.  The idea is you donate to participate in a intense 17 min workout, there will be three 17 min workouts in the 10 o'clock hour.  Now and till July 6th you may donate via "Crowdrise.com", the ones who can donate $321 will receive an event t-shirt.  We are trying to get all the Crossfits in South Orange County to participate at their box location, their event doesn't even have to happen same day. So, if you know a Crossfit in South Orange County... Please Please Please tell them about this.  AND.... the city with the most money raised for Miles4Autism will be the next location for Miles4Autism's next Thrift/Consignment Shop..... Hmmmmm, where will our 3rd location be???.  **NOW OPEN, two stores...1st location is in South Laguna Beach 31678 S.
