5th Annual Dancing For a Cause April 17, 2015 at Casino San Clemente
Four charities come together to host this popular annual fundraiser, in San Clemente, based on hit TV show Dancing With the Stars
Get on those dancing shoes! Tickets are still available for Dancing For a Cause, hosted by the San Clemente Sunrise Rotary Club at Casino San Clemente, 140 W. Avenida Pico on April 1. The stroll down the red carpet starts at 6pm with a social hour, followed by a great dinner catered by Carbonnara’s Italian Tratorria, the Ballroom and Latin dance competition by the charities’ dancers, live and silent auctions, and dancing for everybody.
Competing charities and dancers this year include: Rhonda Tooker, San Clemente Sunrise Rotary; Christina Carbonnara in honor of her father and former winner Tony Carbonnara for Family Assistance Ministry (FAM); Cheryl Osborne for Laura’s House; and Mike Stock for San Clemente Rotary Club. Each of the volunteer dancers is paired with a professional dance partner from local Orange County dance studios.
Surprise local celebrity judges will be joined by a professional dance instructor in judging the dancers’ fancy footwork.
