Amber Alert: Have You Seen Noah? Car Spotted In San Clemente

SAN CLEMENTE, CA —As a Kentucky toddler is sought through a nationwide AMBER Alert, the car his father was last seen driving was located by San Clemente authorities Tuesday evening, Orange County Sheriff's Department reported.

Noah Clare was believed to be with his father and his cousin, taken from Beaver Dam, Kentucky and his mother's care, and driven across the country to San Clemente.

The sheriff's department will assist in the ongoing investigation to locate Noah and bring him home to his mother, a spokesperson reported.

On Nov. 6, Noah was believed to be taken by his father, Jacob "Jake" Clare, 33.

His mother, Amanda Ennis, reported him missing to Beaver Dam authorities on Nov. 6 one week after she delivered her son into Jacob Clare's custody, ABC13 reported. Both he and his son were supposed to travel to nearby Gallatin, Tennessee but never made it there, Ennis said.

Jacob Clare's niece, 16-year-old Amber Clare, is also believed to be with the pair, Beaver Dam Police Department reported Sunday.

Amber is diagnosed with epilepsy and left home without her seizure medication, authorities said.

Jacob Clare currently faces an upgraded charge of Especially Aggravated Kidnapping, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reported Tuesday.

Noah is a 3-year-old child with brown hair and blue eyes.

He is 3-feet, 5-inches and weighs 40 pounds.

He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a camouflaged shirt.

Amber has dirty blonde hair and green eyes. She is 5-feet 7-inches and weighs 140 pounds.

Jacob Clare is a 35-year-old white man with brown hair and hazel/blue eyes.

He is 6-feet, 7-inches and weighs 200 pounds, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reports.

He is known to have tribal tattoos across his left arm and shoulder.

Ennis pleaded to her estranged husband and her missing son over the media.

"Keep him safe. I don't know what is going through his mind. He clearly has a lot of deep issues going on mentally that I pray that once they are found that he gets help," Ennis told ABC13. "I just I pray that he keeps Noah safe until he is back home with me."
