The Toy Box

After being asked many times ''Is there a toy store at the Outlet's'', Dolores and I saw an opportunity and opened ''The Toy Box''. Featuring trendy puzzles, retro games, stuffed animals, cars, firetrucks, and Christmas decorations, we strive to be your destination.

Dee and I first met in 1989 when I was assigned to the Marine Detachment aboard the U.S.S New Jersey (BB-62) in Long Beach. Soon after, we married and began raising our son, Sean, now 32.

Today, we own three businesses—two in South County and one in Temecula. A former logistics manager, Dolores spearheads our operations, point-of-sale, and product decisions, while I, a 30-year U.S. Marine Corps veteran and retired Orange County Probation Officer, manage the administrative and personnel aspects of the business. The new toy store has been a true passion project for us.

When you first walk in, you may be surprised by the size and decor of the store. Being an all-year-round Christmas store, our trees are always up, lit, and professionally decorated. We carry well-established lines such as Enesco, 180, Jim Shore, and Glitterville. Come see our 6' Sugar Plum Fairy, she is a site to see.

During your visit, you will experience several European toy lines including Tonies (UK), Plus-PLus (Danish), Djeco (French), Brio (Swedish), Small Foot, and Bababoo (both German).

A new venture for us is our Celebrity Signing Series, the first of which will be held on April 1st, 2023. The inaugural guest will be Kykle Hebert, the voice of Dragon Ball Z's Gohan and many more. In closing, Dee and I love meeting everyone that comes in. In the short time, we've been open, watching kids grow-up has been the best! And the super cute pets that frequently visit a very close second. Both of us look forward to opening the doors every day! Stop in a say hello.
