Students Take the Lead for Safety on National Walk, Ride & Roll to School Day!

On Wednesday, May 6, Concordia students and families are coming together to raise awareness for National Walk, Ride & Roll to School Safety Day.
From 7:45–8:30 AM, a special event will take place on the school’s blacktop, where the Concordia community will focus on building safe habits, supporting one another, and reminding everyone that safety is a shared responsibility.
In partnership with the Mission Hospital Trauma Team, Safe Kids, and Safe Routes to School, this morning highlights the importance of knowing the rules, using protective gear, and staying alert—whether you’re a driver, bicyclist (electric or manual), skateboarder, walker, or jogger.
By practicing smart safety habits and looking out for one another, we help build lifelong safety skills for our children and our community.
Community members are welcome to join us on the blacktop for this impactful morning of awareness and action!
