Caller Sees Thieves Crawl Through Window

At 1:44 a.m. Saturday, a caller reported a burglary in progress in the 100 block of Coronado Lane. The informant claimed to have seen three men taking off window screens. They then reportedly crawled through the windows into an apartment. No arrest was made.

At 5:12 p.m. Friday, a concerned caller told deputies about a disturbance near the cross streets of Avenida San Gabriel and El Camino Real. The informant saw a woman in a black Lexus sedan talking to a couple of suspicious people near the local 7-Eleven store. The caller believed that the woman was possibly buying illegal drugs.
At 6:38 p.m. Friday, someone called the sheriff's department about a suspicious person in the 600 block of El Camino Real. The caller said that a woman was sitting outside of a local building claiming that someone was throwing dirt on her. The woman was approximately 30 years old and was wearing a plastic bag on her head.
At 5:35 a.m. Saturday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 1100 block of Calle Del Cerro. A couple was arguing in front of an apartment building. The informant claimed hearing a female saying, “Don’t hit me” and “Give me back my phone.” No arrest was made.
