According to the city, funding requests will be considered for a new nonprofit or an established program, and may be allocated to pay for one-time costs, staffing costs or operation costs such as rent, supplies or professional and special services.
The grant funding is contingent on the city's allocation from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the city said.
