City of San Clemente Announces New Public Records Request Portal

The City of San Clemente has launched a new online portal in an effort to make City records more easily accessible to the public.

San Clemente, California -  The City of San Clemente has launched a new online portal in an effort to make City records more easily accessible for the public.  Effective immediately, all Public Records Requests can be submitted through a convenient online form that is now available on the City website.

“The City of San Clemente is pleased to announce the availability of this new program which will help streamline the records request process for the public and improve efficiencies for City staff – saving time, money and resources,” said Mayor Bob Baker. “Citizens can now submit requests, monitor status, and receive the resulting documents in
electronic format – all through the online portal.”

To access the online public records portal and submit a request, browse here. Click on the link to “Submit an Online Request”, complete the online form, and click “submit”. Once the request has been fulfilled, staff will send an email to the requestor with download instructions.
