City Of San Clemente: City Lot Development "Open House"

In 2016, the City Council designated the lot next to the fire station at the southwest corner of Avenida Vista Hermosa and La Pata as surplus property. Since 2019, the Council has reviewed various offers for the purchase and development of this commercially zoned property. Come out to the Vista Hermosa Sports Park on Thursday, September 2, to learn more about potential development and provide feedback on tenants, site planning, and design. Please note that the City Council has not yet voted on whether to proceed with a purchase and sale agreement. This open house will be an opportunity for residents to learn about tentative development plans and provide feedback to City staff and a potential developer for the site.
