9/9/2020…San Clemente, CA… “The City of San Clemente, a member of the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA), strongly agrees with Congressmembers Rouda, Levin and Porter in calling for the CalTrans Inspector General to investigate the activities of the TCA. The TCA Board, instead of listening to the independent Grand Jury, has decided to rely on its self-interested staff and highly-paid consultants to simply reject every finding of the comprehensive Grand Jury Report. We hope that the TCA agrees to this external investigation to remove the dark cloud that has been hanging over the organization for years.”
