CRIME REPORTS: Robber Holds Resident at Gunpoint

At 1:02 a.m. Friday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 100 block of La Salle. The informant was reportedly disturbed by a loud party happening near their residence. The subjects at the party were advised of the situation and complied with deputies. 

At 12:54 a.m. Friday, a caller reported a family disturbance in the 600 block of Calle Canasta. The report stated that a drunk 16-year-old girl was in a heated verbal argument with her mother. There were no report of any weapons. 

At 12:21 a.m. Friday, deputies were called to assist a citizen in the first block of Pas Verde. The informant requested to file a report with deputies because her ex-husband was threatening to take her furniture.

At 12:02 a.m. Friday, a caller reported a firework violation in the 3800 block of Vista Azul. According to the report, minors were seen shooting off illegal fireworks at Concordia Elementary School.

At 11:16 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 600 block of Avenida Victoria. The report stated that at least nine minors were seen jumping off the Pier and proceeded to run down the beach towards the Fisherman’s restaurant. 

At 8:12 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a robbery in progress in the 2100 block of Avenida Espada. The informant stated that a subject broke into their residence and held them at gunpoint. The burglar got into an unidentified vehicle after taking the citizen's laptop and cell phone. There was no report of an arrest.

At 1:25 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 200 block of Avenida Fabricante. According to the report, a 24-year-old man was being physically abusive to his parents and proceeded to throw rocks at them. There was no report of an arrest. 

At 1:49 a.m. Thursday, deputies arrested a 23-year-old woman in the 100 block of El Camino Real. The woman was reportedly attempting to fight a man near Ole's Tavern. She was taken into custody with a bail amount of $500.00.

At 12:06 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 100 block of Avenida De La Paz. According to the report, five to six minors were seen smoking illegal drugs and were being loud outside of their vehicle. 

At 11:36 a.m. Wednesday, deputies assisted the San Clemente City lifeguards in the 600 block of Avenida Victoria. Lifeguards reported they had a victim who was refusing to come out of the water.
