XMAS CRIME REPORTS: 6 Minors Boozing, Homeless People Squatting...

These are selected reports from the San Clemente Police Services dispatch log throughout the past few days.

At 7:18 a.m. Friday, deputies assisted an outside agency near the Avenida Pico and El Camino Real intersection. The report stated that a transient was detained and authorities confiscated their dog. There was no report of an arrest. 

At 1:50 a.m. Friday, a caller reported a vandalism in progress in the 200 block of El Camino Real. The report stated that a bottle was thrown by a subject at a bar and a window was broken. There incident occurred near Avenida Victoria and Granada. 

At 12:22 a.m. Friday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 100 block of Calle Amistad. The report stated that two men and one woman were seen in a heated physical argument. There was no report of an arrest.

At 11:30 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 4100 block of Costero Risco. The informant was upset about a group of minors who were tampering with Christmas display objects in her front yard. The minors were seen loitering in the area. 

At 8:59 p.m. Thursday. a caller reported a suspicious circumstance near the Costero Risco and Camino Vera Cruz intersection. The informant reported that a group of six male minors were standing around a vehicle and drinking alcohol. The report stated this has been an ongoing issue.

At 12:09 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 600 block of Camino De Los Mares. The informant reported that a group of homeless people were living behind an empty building near Calle Agua and El Molino and requested they be removed.

At 2:31 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a disturbance near the Camino De Estrella and I-5 freeway intersection. The report stated that a man was acting extremely aggressive towards people he asked for money. The man was wearing a red t-shirt and jeans.

At 12:36 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a disturbance near the North El Camino Real and Mariposa intersection. The report stated that a man and a woman were seen in a heated verbal argument and proceeded to throw clothes at each other.
