Join us for a fun-filled afternoon celebrating the grand opening of our fabulous, new cat adoption center at the San Clemente-Dana Point Animal Shelter. The shelter and its rescue partner, Pet Project Foundation, are sponsoring a community-wide celebration providing tours of the facility, an adoption promotion, and pet-related booths and activities. Vendors will showcase their pet products and services and attendees can "Ask the Experts" about cat, dog and rabbit behavior issues as well as learn about pet first aid. Kids attending the event can enjoy animal-themed face painting and everyone will welcome the tasty treats provided by an ice cream truck on hand for the event.
