Hypnobabies Childbirth Education

Class begins Sunday, May 6, 2012.  3 spaces remain, call today to reserve your space!

Enjoy the Birth of your baby!  Use Hypnosis for childbirth and have a much easier, more comfortable and even sometimes  discomfort free birth of your baby.  With Hypnobabies, women use hypnosis to eliminate pain and fear from the birthing experience. In the past, the word "hypnosis" conjured up images of stage hypnotists re-creating Elvis, or mesmerizing others into embarrassing situations. Now it is common for hypnosis to be used therapeutically in many areas of medicine, dental and surgical anesthesia and personal therapy sessions.

Hypnobabies is a 6 week course (one class/week) where you will learn self hypnosis techniques to create hypno-anesthesia allowing you to have a much easier birth using the incredible power of you own mind. This technique can be used by anyone regardless of where you choose to give birth to your baby.  Single moms and couples are welcome to take this class.
