Inside SONGS - San Onofre Nuclear Plant Exhibit

Southern California Edison invites the community to an exhibit about the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station titled "Inside SONGS." The interactive presentation will be from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 15 at the San Clemente Community Center at Avenida Del Mar and Calle Seville.

Bringing the plant to local community, experts will be on hand to explain and answer questions about how the plant works, its recent steam-generator replacements, emergency planning, security, environmental work, partnerships in the community and careers.
