Join us to learn more about Health and Wellness on Saturday, May 19th from 10am-2pm at the Mendocino Apartments Community Center. The fair will provide: lecture series on Nutrition, De-Stressing and Holistic medicine, Zumba, Informational booths, Games and kids can learn how to make Healthy snacks.
