I don't live far, only abt 40 min away! But I just Love This Family owned & run, beach view w/small kitchens, beds & desk overlooking ocean, sitting out on grass knoll, watching sun set or just reading a book! I make a point of it to get away now & then...I Always come back here, to "The Beachcomber"!! I Love everything about it down to their very reasonable pricing! The trains don't bother you, for the roar of ocean, drowns it out...or I/you get used too?!
I Highly recommend staying here by self, friends or Family! You Won't be disappointed! Spanish style outside & beach decor in, Clean & friendly environment! Everything you can ask for! Beachcomber is my place to go & get away from life, work to refresh myself and always will be!
