Flooding Shuts Down I-5 Freeway Lanes
Two lanes of the northbound I-5 are closed due to flooding.

Caltrans is shutting down the No. 3 and No. 4 lanes on northbound I-5 at Avenida Pico because of flooding.
Caltrans is also considering shutting down the southbound I-5 off-ramp to Avenida Pico because of flooding on westbound Pico.
