Have You Seen Scott? Missing At Risk San Clemente Man

SAN CLEMENTE, CA — A San Clemente man was reported missing by his family in late October.

Scott Karsten, 60, was last seen on October 22, his family told Orange County Sheriff's Department deputies.

"Through investigation, personnel determined he was last seen in the parking lot of Walmart, and gas stations in San Clemente," a department spokesperson told Patch.

He does not have his car, wallet or cell phone, they said.

After nearly a month of being missing, the Sheriff's Department now considers him a "critical missing person."

Karsten is 60, caucasian, and approximately 5-feet, 8-inches tall. He has brown-gray hair and blue eyes and is 201 pounds.
