Local Real Estate Listing Earns 10-page Spread in Cottage Style Magazine

A San Clemente real estate listing is featured in the current issue of a New York-based magazine.  Cottage Style magazine has a national circulation of 150,000, and is available on news stands and at supermarket check out lanes.

The current Summer 2011 issue devotes ten pages to a 1927 Spanish Colonial Revival bungalow in central San Clemente, which was listed last year by the author of this article, , Broker Associate at Century 21 O.M.A on Avenida Del Mar.

The property has since sold.

Editors at the magazine say they were attracted to the property by Cotter's eye-catching photography and romantic description in the SoCal Multiple Listing Service. The magazine then dispatched a professional photographer, interior styling editor and writer to the property. It took 12 hours just to complete the on-site photography.
