Forget the Fiddler, This Was a Teenager (Sleeping) on the Roof

SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: Also, a motel guest who wouldn't budge, someone decides a driveway is a good place to sleep (but not the motel guest), and a group of teens up to mischief.

At 7:40 a.m. Friday, deputies received a call about a disturbance in the 100 block of Avenida Del Reposo. A teenager was sleeping on the roof of an apartment building.

Also:

At 4 a.m. Friday, deputies received a call in the 2700 block of El Camino Real. An aggravated motel owner said he had asked a customer to move out of a room by midnight, but the customer refused. Deputies arrived and arrested the 56-year-old patron on the spot. He has since been released from jail.

At 3:27 p.m. Friday, someone reported a disturbance in the 300 block of Avenida Madrid. A stranger was laying in the middle of the informant’s driveway and refusing to move.

At 7:37 p.m. Friday, a caller told sheriff’s about a disturbance in the 700 block of Avenida Pico. A group of teens was rolling semi-truck tires at the spectators at a sports game. The teens fled toward the freeway when people began to confront them.
