Tattoo Parlor Fire Ruled as Arson in San Clemente--OCFA Seeks Answers
A second story tattoo parlor fire was ruled as arson--according to the Orange County Fire Authority. Officials are seeking information.

San Clemente, CA--What began as an early morning structure fire at Timeless Ink Tattoo Parlor in an upstairs San Clemente office building has been ruled as arson.
"OCFA Fire Investigators determined the cause of the fire to be arson, and believe that the business was targeted," OCFA Public Information Officer Capt. Larry Kurtz said.
"This deliberately set fire could have endangered the lives of anyone who may have been inside the building, and it certainly endangered the lives of the OCFA personnel putting out the fire,β Kurtz said.

ORIGINAL STORY: An early morning structure fire was reported on the Camino Mira Costa in San Clemente. At 4 a.m. units arrived on the scene to find a well involved second floor office building, Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Larry Kurtz said.
"The fire broke out in a second story tattoo parlor, partially damaging an insurance office next door," Kurtz said. "No one was inside."
Timeless Ink Tattoo Parlor is located at this address. No one was available for comment.

26 firefighters worked the fire, according to Kurtz.
"They launched an aggressive attack on the fire, ventilating the roof to get rid of the smoke and heat," Kurtz said. "The crew made quick work of it, and the fire was knocked down at 5:03 a.m."
The cause of this fire remains under investigation. No injuries to OCFA firefighters or civilians were reported.
