The San Onofre Parks Foundation (SOPF), whose mission is to support education and interpretive efforts of California State Parks at San Clemente and San Onofre State Beaches, is presenting the annual Panhe – A Celebrtation of Protection & Preservation. Panhe is the 9,000 year old historic village of the Acjahmen/Juaneño people and continues to be a sacred and ceremonial site.
