Police: San Clemente Duo Caught Burglarizing Vehicles at Dealership
Authorities believe the pair is also connected to multiple additional thefts.

A San Clemente man and a woman who were found allegedly burglarizing vehicles at a Lake Elsinore car dealership Saturday were also arrested in connection with multiple unrelated thefts, including a stolen a pickup truck.
Sheriffβs deputies responded to reports of vehicles being burglarized at 2:17 a.m. at an auto dealership in the 31000 block of Auto Center Drive in Lake Elsinore, said Sgt. Brett Seckinger of the Riverside County Sheriffβs Department.

Two subjects were located at the dealership by a sheriffβs helicopter unit and were detained without incident, Seckinger said.
A Ford F150 truck that was reported stolen from an Orange County dealership was found parked on the street near the scene. The suspectsβ personal property and stolen property from previous thefts were found inside the truck, Seckinger said.

Brandon Ashley Moore, 30, and Jennifer Brooke Cabaniss, 20, were arrested early Saturday.
Moore was arrested for suspicion of vehicle theft, possession of stolen property and burglary. Cabaniss was arrested for suspicion of vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, burglary and a violation of probation.
Moore and Cabaniss were both booked at the Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta, Seckinger said.
