CITY FLAGS TO BE FLOWN AT HALF MAST IN HONOR OF FALLEN SERVICE MEMBERS
8/5/2020…San Clemente, California…The City of San Clemente will be lowering flags to half-mast at all City facilities to honor the lives of the U.S. Marines and Navy Sailor lost tragically following a training accident near San Clemente Island last week. Flags will be flown at half-mast from August 6 and remain lowered until all service members have been recovered.
