10/5/2020…San Clemente, California…Street sweeping parking enforcement was temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 Stay at Home order. Due to the additional parking on City streets, the street sweeping crews were not able to be as effective as they normally would be. This has resulted in an accumulation of leaves and other debris on City streets, with the potential to enter the storm drain system which drains directly to the ocean.
