All skateboarders must complete the online release and liability waiver located at www.san-clemente.org/skate. For minors, the online reservation must be completed by a legal parent/guardian who is 18 years or older. Upon arrival, skaters must check-in with a staff member and verify their completion of the waiver to gain entry onto the court. The waiver form is only required to be completed once per skater. Pursuant to San Clemente Municipal Code § 10.64.050, all pads are required to enter the skate park – elbow, knee, and helmet. Individuals without proper equipment will not be authorized to enter the park. Skaters eight years old and younger must have an adult present at all times while using the skatepark.
