This group may be able to sue on behalf of Tesoro High School because the TCA- The County- CalTrans and The Ranch have graded drainage from the Oso Bridge Gap Closure Project/"F"Street onto Tesoro High School Property. The 401 Certification for Los Patrones aka "F" Street does not permit water to trespass onto Tesoro High School Property.
