'Shoe-Raiser' Planned for Knuckleheads in San Clemente
A charity called "I'm a Shoe Angel," sees to get new shoes on the feet of people who need them.

A note from Judi Briere:
I am the founder of a charity called “I’m A Shoe Angel, Inc.” and we are having an event at Knuckleheads in San Clemente from 1-4 p.m. Aug. 17 to raise money to help give people in need in our community brand new shoes.
I’m A Shoe Angel, Inc is a grassroots organization run by local volunteers who want to make a difference; 100 percent of the funds raised go to support this venture.

We will have live music by local band Pier Pressure IV, a ‘50s costume contest with prizes for the best male and female dressed in the era... we have several vintage VWs that will be on display, and we also have several raffle prizes donated by local businesses and artists.
All donations are gratefully accepted, and anyone 21 and over is welcome to join us for a fun time for a great cause. Raffle tickets will be given for every dollar donated.
