THANK YOU, SAN CLEMENTE! WE DID IT!!

Nearly 300 complete Turkey dinners were collected,  packed and delivered by the San Clemente Sunrise Rotary Club to our neighbors in need, the Marines on Camp Pendleton,  Laura’s House and FAM. That’s almost 300 families who will enjoy a sumptuous Thanksgiving meal (and leftovers!) Thanks to the generous donations of  San Clementeans, we not only met our goal, but far exceeded it, so we could make a considerable contribution to these families celebration of a day many of us take for granted. Our special thanks, too, to Ralph’s Grocery Ocean Plaza and  Albertsons on Pico for allowing us to hold the food drive at their sores. A major thank you also goes to Holiday Inn Downtown. Since 1995, this hotel has supported our food drives twice a year, giving us a place to store and pack boxes ffor the families.
