A Bad Case of the Mondays

At 7:34 a.m. Monday, someone reported a disturbance in the 3900 block of El Camino Real. A 26-year-old man was screaming and cursing at the employees of a local Carl’s Jr. Deputies arrived to diffuse the situation.

At 2:35 a.m. Sunday Sept. 29, someone called about a disturbance in the 200 block of La Esperanza. The informant reported hearing a woman screaming for help in the house next door. The caller claimed a party was underway at the time she heard the screaming.
At 2:33 p.m. Sunday Sept. 29, a woman told deputies about a disturbance in the 3500 block of Mira Costa. The caller claimed a young homeless man was sitting in front of her office suite. Deputies arrived and arrested a 21-year-old man. He has since been released from jail.
At 5:40 p.m. Sunday Sept. 29, a concerned caller phoned the sheriff’s office to report a pair of suspicious teens in the 300 block of La Rambla. Two teenage boys inside a black SUV were parked at the end of a cul-de-sac and drinking inside the vehicle.
