Community Update

I have lived here 27 YEARS but the vibe here is changing for the worse.  Some HUGE guy on a bike riding 25 miles per hour or more on path by San Juan Creek is intimidating and uses foul language. He is maybe in his thirties or so. He came upon me and my peaceful dogs one day 3 months ago and used foul language because my herder dog followed him...wanting to make sure he was continuing away from us. Last night he came upon my 75 year old husband who was walking with dogs about 7:30pm and this jerk was speeding down the path without bell or whistle behind my husband and threatened my lovely husband because he and dogs were in his way and used foul language again. Bully brute with dead eyes. He acts like the pathway is HIS and has no sense of safety for others. Of course all the bicyclists who plow through all the stop signs on Calle Arroyo with impunity have that entitlement as well. He has led us to believe that he is law enforcement. He threatened my husband with "I know where you live!" as well.
