San Juan Capistrano Artists Competing in 14th Annual Paint San Clemente Starting June 13

The San Clemente Art Association hosts the 14th Annual Paint San Clemente plein air abeginning this Saturday, June 13, and continuing through the week until the June 20th Gala awards reception. The public is invited to watch artists as they paint in the open air all over San Clemente, bringing the beautiful, historic ”Village By the Sea”  to life on canvas. The event starts off with a “Quick Draw” competition where artists have a limited time to sketch subjects in competition. The Gala is the final climax of the week’s events. The reception, art show and sale will be held the evening of June 20 from 6 - 8 PM at the Community Center in San Clemente, at 100 Ave. Seville.
