The 7th Annual Stoneybrooke Golf Classic was a Sell-Out Success! A sell out group of 144 golfers registered to participate in the 7th Annual Stoneybrooke Golf Classic that took place on Monday, April 29th at the Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in Mission Viejo. Along with a full field of golfers, there were in-kind donors, event sponsors, and volunteers that all contributed to the success of the day. Together, $38,000 was raised in support of Stoneybrooke Christian Schools! The tournament championship foursome included golfers, Allan Kavalich, George Solovjev, Joshua Mathis, and Chris Ross. The second place foursome included golfers Steve Lee, Chris Edwards, Sikmon An, and Kyle Ortiz. It is noteworthy to highlight that Steve Lee’s foursome has captured the Stoneybrooke Golf Classic Championship 3 out of the 4 past tournaments. Golf Classic co-chairs, Brent Haines (Stoneybrooke dad) and Craig Morris (Stoneybrooke dad and board member) worked with Stoneybrooke staff to coordinate a great event. Golfers enjoyed an incredible afternoon out on the course that transitioned into an enjoyable evening where Stoneybrooke families and guests joined golfers for a time of live music and a wonderful dinner reception. Stoneybrooke Christian Schools is a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence and has been serving South Orange County for 30 years. Stoneybrooke currently has campuses in Ladera Ranch and San Juan Capistrano, offering classes beginning in Preschool through 8th grade.
