On Friday, Feb. 1, the students of Capistrano Valley Christian Schools broke out into a flash mob dance during morning announcements/break in celebration of National School Choice Week.
In big cities and small towns, we worked to celebrate school choice where it exists and demand it where it does not. At 3,600 independently-planned, unique, and absolutely inspiring events spanning all 50 states, helped make parents and children the focal point of the debate over education reform in America.

CVCS sent a simple but important message: That it shouldn't matter whether parents choose great traditional public schools, public charter schools, magnet schools, private schools, virtual schools, or a homeschooling for their children…parents deserve the ability to make these choices!
A quality education can truly provide children in this country with a ticket to the American dream. We should settle for nothing less. Every child deserves access to this ticket, and to the compact that in this country, with hard work and perseverance and a good education, anything is possible.
If you are looking for a school of choice, stop by Capistrano Valley Christian Schools for our Admissions Open House on Thurs. Feb. 7 at 5:30pm for JK-6th grade, and Thurs. Feb. 21 at 6:30pm for Junior High and High School.
