Reserved tables for Mission San Juan Capistrano’s popular Battle of the Mariachis Festival will go on sale next week.
The 11th annual Battle of the Mariachis Festival will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2015 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. in the beautiful Mission Courtyard, a highly-anticipated celebration of talent, interpretation and inspiration of Mariachi music.
Beginning at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 7, Mission members can take advantage of a one-week pre-sale on reserved tables before they go on sale to the public. Members also receive a 10 percent discount on table purchases.
Then on Jan. 14, reserved tables will go on sale to the public.
Individual admission tickets will go on sale Feb. 11. Cost is $15 for adults and seniors; $6 for children (ages 4-11). Individual tickets include admission into the Mission for the day (gates open at 9 a.m.) and admission to the event.
There are a limited number of individual admission tickets available, and tickets are expected to sell out. To maintain a safe, accessible and enjoyable environment, admission tickets will not be sold when the limit is reached. Purchase tickets early and in advance to ensure admission.
Tables and individual tickets can be purchased by going to missionsjc.com or going to Mission San Juan Capistrano’s Gate House seven days a week between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tables also can be purchased by calling (949) 234-1321.
