<h2></h2>Giddy Up - Surf's Up - K-Derby Fund-Racer is on...Kentucky Derby Fund-Racer organizers Robert Chavez and Doris Karras from   National Life Group are placing their bets on the Boys and Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley.  The Surfin Cowboy in Capistrano Beach will be hosting the 1st Annual Kentucky Derby Fund-Racer on race day May 3rd from 12 - 3 P.M. All proceeds will be going to  "the positive place for kids".  Place your raffle tickets on your favorite horse and win great prizes which are being donated by Doheny Village business owners. Special Derby Drinks,  A Ladies Derby Hat contest is at 1:30 and Post Time for the big race is 2:00 P.M. Currently a horse from  the Los Alamitos race track in California, California Chrome, is favored to win.   Come on down for a great time  to cheer on your favorite horse and raise much needed funds for the area's best and most affordable program for our local kids- The Boys and Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley.
