When reporting out from closed session Staff reported the following on A - 6:
"Trustees voted 7-0- to authorize Legal Counsel to initiate litigation against the County of Orange and related respondents who are in violation of the California Environmental Quality Act."

CUSD failed to report out from closed session about the Esencia K-8 Appraisals and has never publicly discussed or disclosed the actual price CUSD is paying for this property.
CUSD has never disclosed the price of the Property to the Public.
The Public has the right to know the Price CUSD paid for the Esencia K-8 School site.
Copies of the 2 appraisals were sent to the District Attorney via e-mail on September 6, 2017. A Brown Act Complaint has also been filed.
