Good Morning CUSD High School Families!

We are once again seeking your feedback! The attached survey includes questions on our health & safety measures as well as our in-person and online learning programs so that we can continue to improve the educational experience for our students and their families.

Please complete one survey for each student in your family, and please only answer the prompts and questions for the programs and services that are provided to your student.

You can find the survey here.

The deadline to complete the survey and include any additional feedback is Friday, November 20 at 10:00 pm.
