Our Farm to Fork series of cooking classes teaches you how to prepare dishes using seasonal produce you would find at your local farmer’s market or growing in your backyard! We’ll begin with a sensory exploration of The Ecology Center’s orchard, veggie and herb gardens, and end with the preparation and enjoyment of a meal.

Tickets available on our website are $45 for members and $55 for non-members. The proceeds support our non-profit eco-educational programs.
