The public is invited to attend a free safe driving seminar presented by the California Highway Patrol on Wednesday, June 26. Sponsored by Cox Communications, the seminar will be held at Cox’s offices, 29947 Avenida De Las Banderas, Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., 92688. Check-in will begin at 6:15 p.m., and the presentation starts at 6:30 p.m. Space is limited, please RSVP by June 24. Open to drivers ages 15-20 and their parents, the safe driving seminar will be presented by two CHP officers who will discuss techniques to be a better defensive driver, as well as share real-life accidents that were a result of unsafe driving, such as texting while behind the wheel.
