2015 Environmental Impact of the Ranch Development
No new schools have been built and the latest 2015 EIR shows that the number of dwelling units in planning Areas 1 and 2 has increased substantially and that the number of students that will be generated from Sendero and Escencia may be grossly understated.
According to the latest EIR Planning Area 1 (Sendero) and Planning Area 2 Escencia of the Ranch Development will be adding 3,987 housing units and there are no schools within the Ranch development.

The Ranch has obviously loaded more units into Areas 1 and 2 then originally planned. It should also be noted that the Ranch has added Affordable housing units. According to the 2015 EIR these units are not included in the 14,000 maximum dwelling units. Adding Affordable Housing Units allows the Ranch to exceed the 14,000 maximum.
