CUSD $10,000 Donation to ACSA/Foundation For Education
is suppose to be refunded to CUSD to avoid Appearance of Conflict of Interest

I am the parent/taxpayer who filed a complaint with the District Attorney and the Fair Political Practices Commission alleging Conflict of Interest against Trustee Lynn Hatton- Hodson and her company InnovateEd.
In a special Board meeting August 30, 2016 Regarding potential conflict of Interest charges, Superintendent Vital read a statement on the record saying that the $10,000.00 would be refunded to CUSD:
"Nevertheless, in order to remove any appearance of an impropriety or conflict of interest, later on August 26, we contacted ACSA about the matter and explained the situation. ACSA agreed to refund the $10,000.00 to CUSD."
There is no record on the September 14th, 2016 Board Agenda that reflects any refund. In fact there are new payments to ACSA in the amount of $4,210.40:
Is this money going to be returned as well?
