In 2016-17 all employees received around an 8% increase in compensation that is not reflected in these numbers.

Since these are from 2015-16 some people may have been full-time which reflects the high total compensation.

Does it make financial sense for taxpayers to have these part-time employees and pay such exorbitant benefits to part-time employees?

Right now the Teachers Union and the district have filed an impasse due to a lack of adequate funding to provide the increased compensation employees want and a minimum education for CUSD students.
