Is CUSD Really Going to Honor Trustee Hatton-Hodson?

Trustee Hatton-Hodson has been serving on this Board for 1 and 1/2 terms and during that time students have been forced to go without District funded Art, Music and Science - CUSD class sizes are the highest in the State and in the Nation, our facilities have not been fixed or maintained in 15 years, and our curriculum is unique to CUSD (Student data mining).

Is CUSD really going to Recognize Trustee Hatton-Hodson tonight?

This is a person who resigned because of a Conflict of Interest Investigation.
Her business InnovateEd has grown substantially during her tenure. CUSD has contractual relationships with Professional Development companies, Ed Tech companies and Green Energy Companies that partner with Systems Leadership Collaborative and LCAPca (partnerships of InnovateED)

This is a Trustee who’s knowledge and expertise in education (which has always been lauded by CUSD) has launched CUSD into student studies and data mining, including mental health studies and social - emotional studies without the express consent of Parents.
This is a Trustee who failed to disclose in Ad Hoc meetings with Cities that CUSD was planning to bring an $889 million dollar School Facilities bond to the voters.
This is a Trustee who has failed to attend a large number of meetings since the District Attorney opened a Conflict of Interest Investigation.
This is a Trustee that has remained silent regarding a Toll Road extension that is being built less than 500’ from Tesoro High School.
There should be no Special Recognition of a Trustee who has knowingly and intentionally breached their fiduciary duty to students and the taxpayers who elected her as their representative.
Shame on CUSD.
