Relying on Fundraising and Donations to pay for core educational programs creates wealth based inequities in the quality of education that students receive within the District and is illegal. There should not be any increases to employee compensation until the district funds Art, Music and Science for every student. The law requires that all core educational programs be taught by an appropriately credentialed teacher- so "Local Control" does not allow any teacher to embed these subjects into a class. The teacher must be credentialed to teach these particular subjects.

Why is the Insurance Department receiving Visa Gift Cards/Gift Baskets and Samsung Galazy Tablets from Vendors Keenan & Associates- ASCIP and Corvel Inc. Corvel is getting a new contract tonight Agenda Item #5 $322,000 per year to provide CareMC online services.

Laguna Niguel Elementary $36,000 for "Educational Enhancements" - is that a teacher? and Aid? a Librarian?

San Juan Education Foundation & PTA - School Marquee $5,200- isn't that CUSD's responsibility?
