the budget does not appear to include the $33.6 million dollar land purchase for Esencia K-8

CUSD paid $33.6 million for the 14 acer parcel- $2.4 million per acre (the land was valued as if it had 100 homes on it).
Where is this entry in the budget? Does that make the deficit $11.6 million plus $33.6 million = $45.2 million?
