Does the TCA Have Clear Title on Parcels in the Right-Of-Way?

Links are live at CUSDWatch: CUSD has an obligation to protect taxpayer property rights- They failed to file Action to Quite Title on Parcels that were transferred into the 241 Right of Way by Entities that did not own the land.

If the Public cannot get CUSD to protect taxpayer property rights, or the health and safety of staff and students, then maybe they should reach out to the California Department of Real Estate would be a good place to start to see what remedies taxpayers have. File a Complaint.
